learn how to create professionally finished seams! Skill Building Workshop: Seam Finishes will focus on eight different types of seam finishes: french seam, bias-bound seam, flat felled and faux flat felled seams, turned and stitched, self-bound, zigzag and pinked seams. materials are provided, including several different weights of fabrics, and attention will be paid to which seam finish is appropriate to each fabric type. students will create a beautiful sample book as a reference tool!

Skill Building Workshops are classes devoted to focusing on one technique, skill or construction method. students will leave with mastery of the techniques covered, and with a set of beautiful samples for future reference!
