focaccia

from the gourmet cookbook, by ruth reichl.  it was really tasty.  i do very well with non-loaf breads.  hamburger buns, pita bread, pizza dough, all from the gourmet cookbook, i might add.  but for some reason, anything that has to be shaped or put into a pan just comes out…off.

anyway, the focaccia was a big hit at a potluck dinner last week.  especially amongst the kids.  they do love the carbs.
