i’ve started knitting my first pair of socks! the bee picked out these yarns based on the color names… lightening lemon! volcanic blast! plus, orange is her favorite color right now.
the pattern is a bit more complicated than i wanted, but i was in a hurry for a good car project. i’ll probably remove the bamboo stitch and go with a plain 2 x 3 rib next time, though the texture is nice.

Go you! I’m majorly impressed! I want to try but a lot of patterns seem to do the double pointed multi-needle thing and I’m not that awesome yet.
thank you so much! i rather like the multi-needle thing! except for the stabbings. the stabbings hurt.
